Great tool

Very impressed with the app. I most appreciate this for how easy it is to use, I can get all measurements and documentation done quickly. Worth noting my patients appreciate this as well. The online portal is great, love being able to see consistency in the images over time and how the wound is improving from picture to picture. Pressure injury deterioration risk indicator has been helpful on many occasions, lets me know if a wound is at risk of worsening.

Took me 20 minutes to document 6 wounds. Pictures kept coming out blurry. When I was taking videos also blurry. We used our regular cameras before using this app - same wounds took less than 3 min to take very clear pictures. Tedious to document, even the bare minimum of labeling prior to taking picture while at pts house. Also wasting time when saving pictures, sometimes it glitches and take 1 min for me to save picture. Or I’ve had it glitch and not send picture, having to start over and retake. Not only very annoying for me, but also for the patient!

Unfortunately had to give one star but would give no stars if I had option.This app is not accurate in measurements. My measurement with wound ruler are completely different. I have wounds that are no less the 0.5 cm deep and the measurement they are getting with this app are 0.1 or I have even seen 0.02. Accuracy comes from using an actual ruler and I use sterile cotton swab to measure my depth.
