Some great updates for iOS 17 and watchOS 10

- Refreshed the QR scan screen, there’s a new placeholder image and the word scanning is more legible! - Refreshed the manual entry screen, it is now much sleeker. - Updated the tag filtering appearance, they now look like buttons! - The countdown indicator has been moved to the top left, making more room for your codes - Fixed some display issues on iPad. The iPad version was good anyway but it’s now somehow even better!
