How many time I will order and then my order will come Misson some things items like food or something and then I tried to contact them nobody would respond nobody will care I sent them already one week ago nobody call me back but if it’s hunger station they will call back after have an hour they will fix the problem I tried to call the driver he said it’s not my fault that the restaurant didn’t give complete order so it’s really bad bad bad app

If only it was possible to rate an app negative stars. Where do I even begin?
Delivery time:
Usually always inaccurate, you cannot even track the order properly. And it takes forever to get to you.

Interface: is difficult, tracking an order is vague, you cannot even tell how long till the order will reach you.

Couriers are often rude and will call you repeatedly making a big deal if you are not at the door the moment they arrive.

Multiple times I have ordered from restaurants and the order shows up as accepted when the entire restaurant is CLOSED. why and how was my order accepted if the restaurant is closed????? I had to spend 6 hrs trying to cancel the order and so was the courier trying to cancel.

Trying to contact customer support is like trying to contact a VIP person, no phone, message is with a bot that provided no clear service and was frustrating.

And the offers are only when you first download the app. Not worth it at all.
ما يسوى الواحد يحمله، التوصيل يطوووول، يقبلون الطلبات رغم إن المطعم بكبره مقفل، ولا راح يمديكم تكنسلون الطلب وبيقولون لكم إن الطلب تجهز وإن المندوب بيوصله لكم ف عشان كذا ما يصلح يتكنسل وهو اصلًا المطعم مقفل والمندوب مو قادر حتى يدخل المطعم. من غير إن خدمة العملاء بالبرنامج ما يفيديون ولا عندهم رقم تتواصلون معه. من اسوأ برامج التوصيل للأمانة، صعبين التعامل ولا يمديكم حتى تعرفون كم باقي على طلبكم.

I'm very upset with the App. I placed an order & paid for my order, yet I cant track the order or contact the driver, the app keeps giving me "technical issue try again later" msg. I tried calling costumers service but they responded "No one is available right now to help you, we will call you back later" I also tried msging costumers service but no one is replying to my msgs either!! Now me & my family are waiting for the order to arrive before Iftar time because we are fasting, it will be very disappointing to us not to have our order delivered before Iftar time. I am going to delete the app after this order & never use it again & I don't recommend anyone to download it. Please deliver my order on time or please give me back my money.

Update: My order arrived after 1 hour & a half since I ordered.

Fix your technical issues please, I dont want to order again to stay worried about my order if it's going to arrive or not.
