Unprofessional at all

I don’t even know where to start. This application is nothing but an advertisement, I always try to order food but there is always something makes me regret dealing with this app, they always accept your order even though they’re not capable of delivering not even on time but at all!! and makes you wait for hours without updating you, and after hours of waiting they decide to cancel. Not to mention that when you pay through ApplePay, they intentionally ghost you and never respond back nor refund your money. I’m talking based on an experience, and not making this up, I tried giving them a lot of chances, but obviously this app is a fraud.

لا يوجد خدمة عملاء و الطلبات دائما متضررة و مفتوحة

انا كنت من اول الداعمين و المشتركين في هذا التطبيق عندما بدا قبل بضعة سنين. كان تطبيق مميز و لكن الان هو اسوا تطبيق على الاطلاق. تم حذف رقم التواصل ، لا يمكن التحدث مع خدمة العملاء و الطلبات دائما تصل متضررة او خاطئة. تحملت هذه الاشياء كثيرا. و لكن اليوم كانت القشة التي قصمت ظهر البعير. طلبت ب ١٨٠ ريال. وصلني الطلب الكيس ممزق من المندوب و الطعام متناثر في مركبته و متسخ و يحاول تجميعه و المشروبات مسكوبة تماما. وضعها على الباب و ذهب. لم استطع التواصل مع اي احد. و هذه ليست اول حادثة من هذا النوع ولكنها الاسوا و ستكون الاخيرة بالنسبة لي. بعد اشتراك اكثر من ٥ سنين سوف اقوم بحذف التطبيق و انصح الجميع بالابتعاد التام عنه. اي تطبيق اخر فيه احترام و تعامل مع العميل افضل بكثير . هذا النوع من التطبيقات يستحق ان تحقق فيه وزارة الصحة و غيرها من الجهات المختصة و المعنية.

The worst app ever. It deteriorated so much. No customer support, no way to write a complaint or even speak to anyone. Food is always wrong/damaged/dirty and late and there’s nothing i could do about it. They just take your money and virtually block you. I’ve used it for years and I’ll never ever use it again. I’ll delete this app and hopefully some health inspection institute will investigate them. It’s a hazardous app and full on scam of your money. I don’t know any of you, but I genuinely hope you heed this comment and get as far as you can away from this app

Worst delivery app!

First of all, i just download the app, and they offer free delivery on the first order plus discount for the meal, yet when i ordered, they charged me for delivery and put it as a credit to my account which got expired after a while! It is free just make it free don’t take money from me and put it as credit in account. That is just a twisted scam! Even when i want to you the credit money there a rules like i have to put my card info to pay the rest of the bill . I can’t use my apple pay with it! What is that about!!!!? it takes too long to deliver your food, and when i use discount coupon, it doesn’t deduct the money form my order instead, it add the discounted money as a credit, and you have to put your credit car info to use it! Also, the app need a lots of of work and development, it should give more details about the food, drinks, etc. for example, it should give info about the food ingredients incase of someone has an allergy of something, and it should add a box of instruction about the food incase of i want to remove something from the food i ordered, and exactly the size of drink. Large and small is not enough info!
