It’s strange that they can easily remove a exchange rate. For example xau/eur is no more listed. It has a very poor security on the face. It doesn’t calculate the “exchange tax” automatically, so every time you have to make manual calculation. Unfortunately this is a very poor trade software.

With your last app update it will require IOS 13 and above to operate the app , I have IOS 12.5 and when I try to access or update I receive the message tells that you need minimum IOS 13 to operate the app however you can still operate with older or compatible version which is not true . How can I operate with an older version ? I tried to erase the app and download it again and it did not work . Please note that when you do such changes which require people to change their phones you need to inform your clients in advance and when your update message says the still the app can work with older or compatible version it has to be correct which is not the case now . How can I operate an older version of the app till I change my phone ?????? Thanks

Alarm sisteminde büyük hata var en kısa zamanda düzeltilmeli. Al alarmı kuruyorsunuz Sat alarmı olarak bildirim gönderiyor. Bildirimler temizlenmiyor. Bu bu uygulama ile ve banka için son mesajım Dünya Katilimdan hesabimizi açtık pazartesi bayram sonrasında da portföyümüzü tasiyoruz. Bu kadar berbat bir banka olamaz. Sozum ona özel kur tanımlandı spreadler hala çok yüksek bir de kur tanımlanmasa düşünemiyorum ne olacak! Müşteri odaklı değil sadece kendi çıkarını düşünen bir banka. Güvenmeyin ve hesap açmayın kurtulmanız çok zor olur bunu 10 yıllık müşterisi olarak yazıyorum.
