Touch ID says it’s there but will not enable. Maybe they don’t support the iPhone X? The “technical help” link in the app doesn’t let me report an issue. For a company that prides itself on innovation and customer service, this app needs an overhaul and serious usability changes. I also think it’s weird that my home and auto policies don’t both show up, I should not have to manually enter the policy number in the app.

Our latest release addresses this head on with improved functionality to support biometric scanning on both Apple® and Android® devices, including Apple’s new Face ID technology. Please update the app and give us another try. We think you will be happy with this update.
From bad to worse
As once the app updated my login kept getting kicked off for being wrong though I used face id as usual. Checked my info even. So signed on with a browser with an Ipad. It was fine. Changed my id password there. Downloaded the app on my Ipad. Signed in fine with new password. Tried to login on phone with new password. It failed. So deleted the app. Hard reset my phone. Got the app. Tried again. And was able to login after all that. I assume my old password was never going to work with the app on my phone after the update. I doubt clicking forgot password and reset would have worked. Deleting app. Hard reset on device. That might have taken care of it. MIGHT. As I did go to a browser -aka Safari- on my Ipad and logged in and changed my password. For all I know the update on the app was not accepting my password. As it can happen when changes to rules on passwords changes. THE ONLY RULE change I saw once in my account was they added a security question. So maybe that was the issue holding me up. Logging in once now and able to view acct info the update did correct.
I've only just now downloaded this app as I'm switching from State Farm, so I haven't had too much experience with this app so far but here are my first impressions.
-Seems simple and straightforward, which is good. Feels smooth, and doesn't seem clunky or slow (also good).
-TouchID for logging in to the app seems to be reliable, though you specifically have to press the Log In with TouchID button.
-Getting the ID cards is easy to do through the app, and being able to export it to iBooks works fine, but it would really be nice to be able to add it to the Apple Wallet
-I wish I had the option to make a payment using a card in my Apple Wallet app
