No one listens

The ticket machine at miami airport and Hollywood station is out of order. The second machines have a broken F button for paper tickets. Sometimes the credit card function does not work and you have to pay cash if you have it. Then insert your $10 bill and you won’t get change. Then try to make a complaint on the tri-rail app to customer service and the date screen does not work and you have to start all over filling out information again. The Weekend schedule is once every hour and late night ends at midnight. Just so ridiculously frustrating for anyone if managers checked equipment and listened to their customers

New User Interface On Point!

I’m an avid user of the Tri-Rail Live Tracker and when I logged onto the app I was surprised at the amazing the new look of the app. Much more responsive and modernized. I love the “My Ride” feature.

Something I look forward to in the future is the ability to purchase a digital ticket using apple pay (preferably) or credit card. This way we not only save paper, but for those who don’t have time to stop to get a ticket can easily buy one ahead of time and show the digital ticket to the checker.

Overall, great job!

Removed useful tools

Many of the useful features have been taken away with this new update. I was able to save certain train numbers under Schedules to know how long before my train will arrive. This even worked if the train wasn’t showing up on the map. That option is gone.
The train locator icons on the map no longer show arrows to indicate if it is a northbound or southbound train. I have to tap each one to get the info if it’s my train or not. A bit of a guessing game.
The only reason I keep the app now is for the alerts.
