Teacher observation, the App, can be used by schools for their leaders to observe teaches' lessons and to share feedback with the intention of improving school quality. Schools can request for access and nominate a super admin to manage and administer the data. Assessors and teachers can be added and linked by the super admin. Assessor can select the teacher for Lesson Observation and share the observation report as feedback. four main criteria for lesson observation are included in the report and the performance of the teacher is graded on a five point scale. Specific feedback can also be shared as part of the report. The app will make Lesson Observation reports and feedbacks effortless and meaningful. This easy to use App will be instrumental in enhancing professional development of teachers for teaching quality improvement.
