App functions not working properly

The app worked fine for me for about a year until a couple of days ago. The scroll bar for sound on the first page that has an option to make the chat volume higher or the game volume higher or a mix randomly started to do this weird thing where when I turn the chat volume higher it makes the game volume higher and the chat volume is very low, but when I turn the game volume up it lowers both the game and chat volume. I’ve been trying to get a fix for it but even when I try to restart or re-pair the headset (which is wired) to the app it does nothing, I updated the firmware and still nothing. I can’t even use the contact support and get help. They just need to fix the functions of the app and improve their online report.

Update Headphones to Fix Bluetooth Issues

There’s a lot of negative reviews for this app and most of them mention connectivity issues. Different people suggest different solutions to the problem but what worked for me was updating the headphones with a computer. At first I was having the same problem where the headphones connected via Bluetooth but the app wasn’t able to recognize it. One of the first things the guide says is to make sure the device is running on the most recent software so I decided to check if there was an update available by connecting it to my computer and what do you know, there was an update. After updating it I tried connecting it to the app again and it worked instantly. This might be the problem some of you reading this have so I hope this helps. I don’t think this app deserves the low rating it has since it’s simple and straightforward. There’s really nothing bad about it. Hopefully the connectivity issues go down and the rating goes up in the future.

App is terrible.

DO NOT BUY TURTLE BEACH UNTIL THEY FIX THIS APP. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Super amp is connected to Bluetooth just fine but constantly disconnects from app. I know how to get reconnect it now but it’s a pain to have to do it several times per day.

The worst part about this app though is that it does not have any presets. This happens so so so often where I’ll be playing warzone and the chat/game volume slider resets all the way to chat. Then I need to slide it back to where I want. App MUST be open in order to get the settings you want and it has to be changed manually every time. If you leave the app midgame, tough luck, settings reset that quickly.

How hard is it to hire someone who can program this with some sort of memory to remember a users presets and to not have them reset if you leave the app. It’s so bad and you can tell by all the 1 star reviews. This app definitely deserves 1 star. If they could just fix this preset and connectivity issue, it would be 5 stars because the idea is great. But the issues make it almost unusable and ruin a great $250 headset.
