Confused with bad reviews

We’ve had an account with UFB for about 5 months now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. We started with APY of 4.15, setting the account was super easy, finding the account took almost no effort because everything was working smoothly. Once we saw that the rate went up to 5% all it took was to text their customers service and they changed our rate for us. Easy as that. I seriously don’t understand all these people complaining because for us the experience has been nothing but amazing.

i only have a savings account with UFB and i love the apy. Its an easy app to use and its easy to link my other bank accounts to it. I don’t use it to view my other accounts really as this is only for my savings, but its convenient if you were to use that feature…seeing it all in one place despite it being spread out.The only thing I would say needs improvement is speed. It tends to be slow to load up once you open it and log in, sometimes it takes a minute and sometimes I have to close and reopen it a couple times, but otherwise it’s fine.Transfers into this bank account take about a week, but transfers out of it are very quick which i love. All in all I’m very happy with this bank and I like the app. Wish the apy hadnt gone down from what it was when i first opened the account, but it’s still pretty good in comparison to what else is out there.

The only options are to fix it or login. “We are unable to find an account with that criteria.” Update: The developer thinks I’m their secretary, and has no interest in fixing their app. UFB would like to paste from iTunes. “We are unable to find an account with that criteria.” This page has an error. It keeps asking me to asking for OTP and password whenever I sign in no matter how many times I select "Remember". I also get an error saying something went wrong every time I try to turn on face ID. Update: It let me set up face ID after a few days. The UI isn't the best but if you make it faster it could be a decent app. Faster loading times, make it flow? Currently it feels clunky and disconnected. The dashboard is maybe unnecessary? I prefer to land on my accounts page. Adding and deleting external accounts is a bit confusing at times. There's no obvious page to manage the account, and I don't see why it should show up with other UFB accounts? I am still giving this a chance but it needs work.
