Universal TV Remote Control‪・‬ 4+

This app is incredibly convenient and makes managing my TV so much easier. It connects quickly and works perfectly. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the touch controls feel natural and responsive.

I’ve tried a few other remote control apps in the past, but my experience with them leaves much to be desired. The setup process here is faster, the controls are more reliable, and it works with every TV I’ve tried so far. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design.

It’s especially great for anyone tired of losing remotes or dealing with clunky setups. Everything can be handled right from my phone, and it’s saved me so much hassle. Definitely a must-have app — simple, reliable, and effective. Five stars hands down!

When I’m in the app and connected to the tv infront of me, it randomly disconnects from the tv a few seconds later, it could’ve also happened when I’m off the app, can you please fix this problem for safety.

I want my refund now since I can’t connect to the app anymore, thanks a lot.

We're sorry to hear you're having difficulties. Our app has been thoroughly tested and works successfully with most popular TV platforms, including Samsung Smart TV, LG webOS, Android TV, Google TV, Roku, Fire TV, and others.

For proper connection, please ensure your iPhone and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, VPN is disabled on both devices, and local network access is enabled for the app.

This is the response dated from December 12 of last year from another unhappy customer. Apparently they do not care what people think about the app because, it is still doing the same thing. The app constantly tries to make you subscribe. I despise this app and I hope the Apple Store removes it from the App Store.
