This app gives you full control of all the features and full functionality afforded by a Total Control 2 system installation and more from multiple locations! Your main home and your vacation home can all be accessed from within one app.
This version of URC Mobile requires a Wi-Fi connection to the local area network that is host to the Master Base Station / Central Processor and other system devices. Control is possible within the home or from anywhere in the world where internet or cell phone access is available.
PLEASE NOTE: An installed Total Control 2 system is required to enjoy and access the features above. A new app installation or reset of the app requires the iOS device to be on-site with the Total Control Base Station.

Ratings and Reviews
Very buggy
We’ve had so many issues with this app. It always gives us an error. It either says Your Total Control System was not Found or Error Connecting to Base Station. The only option (try again) does absolutely nothing to fix it. I always have to pay my provider to come out to fix the issue. In the meantime, I can’t use my tv. He was just here about two weeks ago and the problem is already back. What a hassle.
Integration and Good Programming is Essential for this!
As many know, URC is programmed only to professional installers. This doesn’t bother me because my dealer made sure everything was done correctly. Love the fact I can do everything in one screen and see other rooms active in the system. URC makes amazing remotes and tablets super sleek and modern as well as super easy to use! There is literally nothing better right now! Get URC! URC if you’re reading this please add that we can add our own images that is the only thing I’m asking other than that I’m super happy! I even had Control4 , Savant and Crestron. Almost gave up until my dealer showed me URC and it just works! No complicated menus and easy to use graphics!
This could be so much better
The app is so 2010. Come on. This is not a cheap system. It’s always clunky connecting. Should have a better interface and better interaction with the other apps. The native app for all the devices is way better and I find myself using them instead or the urc app. It’s good to turn off the system. Go back to drawing boards and give us something better.
