This app is awful. If I wasn’t a premier league fan, I’d never use it. But, unfortunately many games have moved from NBC Sports to the USA network. It’s a huge downgrade. NBC’s app was better than this in the 2000’s. You can’t rewind 10 or 15 or 30 seconds. This is a standard feature on most sports streaming apps.If you touch the screen while it’s playing, it freezes. You can’t even unpause most of the time. Just have to restart the app and watch another DraftKings ad just to get back to your game. The volume. Wow. Even at 100% on the app, I can’t hear it over the noise of my garden hose while using headphones or over the road noise while in the car. If using your phone speaker, you have to strain to hear the voice of the commentators. No start from beginning. Every other sports app now has this. The resolution is terrible. Even FoxSports is better. It’s like watching early 2000’s “HD TV” while most apps offer true 4k now. On my big screen you can really tell how poor it is. It’s an embarrassment that the premier league has to be shown on this platform after years of Peacock and NBC Sports, both of which have their issues but are far superior streaming apps. Please for the love of the whatever improve this garbage app.

Edit: I am struggling with the app even more than before. This is a terrible app and needs to be fixed. It is constantly buffering, won’t let me watch a full show without me having to reboot everything (app, phone, Chromecast, internet...) just to watch an entire show from start to finish. I took a star away because of the constant frustration that just keeps getting worse. Don’t download unless you enjoy being frustrated. This is not a good app. It freezes regularly in the middle of a show and I have to stop casting and then recast it and find my place in the episode of the show I’m watching. In order to get back to where I was, I have to sit through more commercials. I have to restart the app often and I’ve had to reboot my phone a few times just to make it work. There is no other connectivity issue with any other apps and devices I use when USA is acting up. I have found that the NBC apps are all pretty much the same way. They’re pretty terrible, although so far, USA doesn’t seem to be as bad as the NBC app. So yeah, unless you are really into a show on USA (like me) then it’s not really worth it.

So wasn’t able to be home to watch a show I like to watch that is on same time every week without fail but downloaded this stupid USA Network app to watch and the live stream isn’t live at all not one but the show I wanted to watch started at 6pm and is 3 hours long and then went to watch on the app and the show was going live on my cable box ( had my fiancé look to see if it was on live on the cable box and it was ) but the USA Network app said it didn’t start till the show ends on cable….. how is that live tv!?!?!? It’s not one bit so I will be contacting the company of the show I watch to let them know why I won’t be watching one of their shows anymore because I don’t want anything to do with NBC Universal at all. Thankfully Fox network has another night that I will now watch instead of both. And it may seem a little weird that I say I will let the company know I’m one that is on a council for the product which I have ways to contact so hopefully NBC Universal looses the contract and the go to a much more reliable source than NBC UNIVERSAL

By far the worst streaming app I have had the displeasure of using. The imbeciles at Versant decided to destroy the app and take it offline for months. Then they realize: “Oh wow! It’s 2026 and we own a TV network. We PROBABLY should have an app… Oh wait!! We DID have an app and took it offline.” Now it is back and nearly unusable. The English Premier League is constantly shamed as long as they are partnered with such a terrible network (move it ALL over to Peacock please). The content is almost never available, does not work on TV (at least with fire stick) and it CONSTANTLY logs you out from your TV provider, often two or three times in a span of a couple of hours. It is INFURIATING to see such a rich, conglomerate company like this be REWARDED for being so awful at what they do and putting such a shameful product in the marketplace. It is truly too bad that they don’t suffer the consequences. Versant and USA Network - you are the absolute worst.
