Earn money by testing websites and apps with Userlytics ! The Userlytics App is a state-of-the-art user testing mobile app. It allows you to answer questions and record your session (both webcam view and device screen + audio) as you interact with different digital assets and follow a series of instructions and answer questions. Earn extra money by checking out the usability of apps or a website, as you test from home, on your own time, whenever you are free. Your work will consist of completing a series of tasks and instructions, while interacting with prototype or production web sites or mobile apps, or viewing video commercials, or other digital user interfaces, while speaking out loud your thoughts, emotions, criticisms, and suggestions and while answering questions. You will be helping us make the world more user friendly, and you will be compensated for your time with whatever incentive was defined in the invitation you received. You will see, it’s a lot of fun too! Once you download the Userlytics App you will be able to use it multiple times, every time you are invited to a user experience or usability test.

The moderator was GREAT. Friendly & very informative but the Userlytics App itself is in need of serious revamping because the interruptions were so constant so the test could not continue. Other than that the intentions of learning the consumer’s feedback can be very useful to companies as well as to the consumer.

Good concept, frequent issues

The app has a nice design and concept, but after completing a number of tests on the app, I’ve experienced too many issues. I have definitely experienced more problems as a tester here than I have on other comparable user testing websites. Even when you do everything perfectly, with a powerful phone that is fully updated and a fully updated app, it’s not uncommon to experience issues mid test that caused the test to fail, wasting your time as a tester. Among other things, I think the app is probably too resource intensive. It’s also unfortunately been my experience that the app and platform typically blame the users when things go wrong, including through irrelevant and incorrect accusations or error messages, when the issue really was the fault of the platform itself. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Userlytics to others- look for different user testing platforms with more consistent performance.

When you read the scenario and you’re saying that you can only afford $40 and you’re trying to set it up with that $40 or the amount that you are wanting us to put in as our choice and it changes it that kind of threw me off but my overall experience Was good I can make it work. I also feel like it should’ve allowed and Maurice to go back-and-forth to look at the numbers on each scenario the last one yes that did give you the option kind of go back-and-forth

Yet another happy user2
Seems ironic to me that an app used for testing usability has so many quirks to it. I’ve had to do 2-3 tests with it to understand how to navigate the instructions while testing the app. It also needs to add some user feedback, like when uploading videos. I’m not sure if the recording/upload task is successful, and I had to re-open the app to find that it had downloaded 0%, but with no instructions or insight into what was holding it up. I think I eventually got my video uploaded.As a user tester, I think this app is interesting, and I’m glad to see how it works. I just have higher expectations for a usability testing app :)
