Constantly closing

Improvements are needed
The biggest issue which I see is mentioned in other reviews for months is constantly closing itself. I will switch apps to look at a map/call/texts etc. for a locate then back to the app and it restarts even if you only leave for a minute. On top of that every time it restarts, you have to reset your filters (mainly if you don’t want to constantly see tickets you’ve already closed). I generally like this better than the original app mainly for adding more photos in one attempt, auto-sync works 95% of the time, and map/list integration of tickets in one place is super helpful. Another improvement I’d love to see if utilizing search function could omit the filters as well. It’s just extra steps to try to search for something a contractor or supervisor has a question about then I have to take off my filters search for the ticket to try and get some info or just tell them I’ll have to call back when I get back to my laptop to be able to review. Make photos swipe-able instead of opening, exiting, opening attachments tab again looking for another photo and so on.Recent updates (Feb 2026)clean up the app a bit, and introduces new bugs. Now the app decides you have no tickets assigned to you when you switch out and back again and can verify via computer there are in fact tickets assigned. Sometimes won’t add your photos to the ticket (that’ll be great the day a damage comes in if you aren’t verifying). Then when you’re done verifying all your photos have added, you get to verify the ticket actually closed, great to get late notices on emergency tickets when you’re done and home but the ticket never actually closed. Still constantly closing when you switch to camera, then back or maps then back.

This app is not good at all!I wish the people updating the app would listen to the people in the field!!!**Main issues on the current update**-picture portion was working until an update happened then it take forever to load- the filters you put reset every time your app restarts - it restarts the app even though you didn’t close it! -keeps tickets on the screen even though they were closed and all the filters are on. -auto sync is no longer active now to remove tickets you have to go to the settings tab and sync yourself! - app restarts every time you change apps or if the the screen locks you go back and the app restarts itself. I’ve attached photos while waiting on the photos to load the screen locks then when your restart the app, go back to the ticket, the pictures are gone and now you have to re-upload them!- The app start up loading screen takes forever to load.

Just when you think the app cannot get any worse. Irth says “hold my beer”. Every update it seems like someone says “what works? Okay take that out and let’s add some more issues” and the anti help desk is useless. All you’ll get it “we are aware of the issue” and nothing will be done to fix it. This program is not meant for field work. This is strictly for the folks sitting at a desk looking at locates after the fact. Unusable for us out here painting. Updated review. Just when I thought they couldn’t make it any worse, they of course prove me wrong. Seriously paper and a fax machine would be more reliable than this app.

It also destroyed fundamentals, the app crashes constantly before submitting batched ticket pictures. when you batch add responses now it only closes one of the tickets after syncing, and then occasionally duplicates, said tickets with the same ticket numbers overlapping the other tickets that you supposedly closed.

This newest and latest update added some features that really made some things a lot easier. It also destroyed fundamentals, the app crashes constantly before submitting batched ticket pictures. when you batch add responses now it only closes one of the tickets after syncing, and then occasionally duplicates, said tickets with the same ticket numbers overlapping the other tickets that you supposedly closed.

This release reverts to the previous production version following an issue identified in the recent update affecting map layers and attachment handling. This version restores expected app behavior and stability, includes xcode 26 support for apple compliance.
