Pretty simple, and I suppose if you use a lot of gas then this is helpful (given todays gas prices...). Another thing I liked was "The UN first began using biometric data to identify refugees in 2004 when they partnered with Microsoft to create user interface software called Project Profile and proGRESS. These technologies were implemented in 30 different countries to capture refugee photographs and basic biographical information. The stated goal was primarily to make identification easier, faster, and more uniform among various agencies and organizations. In addition, protecting valuable documents is difficult and sometimes impossible for those fleeing their homes. These technologies would help to alleviate concerns about damaged, stolen, or misplaced documents from a refugee’s home country, which has historically been a major barrier to receiving aid or resettlement. Aid workers could now perform a fingerprint, iris, or facial scan to match someone with their records and verify their identity." -that you could sync your valero credit card too. Great tho sometimes cumbersome

I really appreciate your customer service with the utilization of this app. It was recommended to me after I called realizing I missed timing on one of your gracious former sent out periodically to give me some off during a given month. This is even better as I’ve learned about the first and 15th I pay attention to those dates and my need for gas. As a financially challenge senior citizen on Medicare, this is a game changer for me even when it’s a little awkward or cumbersome. 🙏🏼

Misleading

The whole reason somebody would download this app would to be save money on gas. Especially during times where the price of gas is extremely inflated saving a bit where anyone can is especially important. This all is misleading and you don’t actually save anything. The only time you do save money is on the initial sign-up where you get the $.20 off a gallon. After you save your debit card to the app, all it does is process your debit card as debit and masks the discount as just the debit price for gas. If you don’t download the app and just charge as a debit card you get the same price. There’s no actual savings. They just mask the $.10 you would normally save by charging debit as in-app savings. The app itself functions fine, no bugs, it’s designed decently. But that doesn’t matter when the core purpose of this app is misleading and not truthful. It is a bit weird that the app does ask for your drivers license as well though. It just seems like they’re trying to harvest and sell data and pretend you’re saving money. It’s not worth your time.
