Verbatim Memory helps you memorize anything word for word.
Type or paste the text you want to learn, then say it out loud. The app listens, turns your speech into text, and checks it against the original to see how close you got.
Set a schedule to review entries, with one reminder a day when something is due. It works well for Bible verses, and for anything else you want to know by heart: poems, quotes, speeches, lines for a play, a toast, a creed. Speech recognition runs on your device.
Ratings & Reviews
• Unclear words in a result are dotted. Tap one to see what was heard.
• The … menu on an entry's page is always there, with Edit inside it. Clear sits beside Recite while sentences are chosen.
• Grading credits more words said the same way: numbers with commas like 1,234.5, "a hundred and twenty" for 120, "for ever" and "forever", "R and B" for R&B, and footnote digits.
