How are vet clinics using this app? It’s the most glitchy thing I’ve ever used. When you login the options to tap on at the bottom disappear repeatedly, which leaves you trying to find what you need through the dropdown menu. That barely works either. I see nowhere to view vet records. All you can see is upcoming vaccinations and your pet’s basic info. I suppose you could see their medications, but my dog’s med doesn’t show up. They have a LOT of work to do to make this worth anyone’s time.

Request appointment does not work. Submitted a request and did not hear from vet. Had to call directly to office. Hard navigate. Can not tell selectable buttons from just text on a page. Very slow response. Can not print information like shot records to give to groomers/boarders. Again have to call vet and pick up. Veterinary offices should not be proud to use this sad excuse for an app. I have many more issues

Unfortunately this app is full of bugs. I read someone’s review that they tapped a lot on the login button and that worked for me too because the first time you tap it, it doesn’t work. It loads everything extremely slow. It won’t let me activate text messaging on the app or on the site either. I hope this app gets fixed, because I’d really find it useful.

I just downloaded this app so I don’t have to log in to the desktop version to access my vet info, but the Log In button only let me in after a dozen presses. Then it only led me to my vet’s page where it led me to login *again* and looped me back to the initial login area. In other words, I can’t even access the vet info on this sadly useless app. Back to the desktop version I guess
