No function of requesting appointment
The description is not right. You can do little in the app. To make an appointment, looks the only way is to make calls.
Terrible App
Request appointment does not work. Submitted a request and did not hear from vet. Had to call directly to office. Hard navigate. Can not tell selectable buttons from just text on a page. Very slow response. Can not print information like shot records to give to groomers/boarders. Again have to call vet and pick up. Veterinary offices should not be proud to use this sad excuse for an app. I have many more issues
Bugs
Unfortunately this app is full of bugs. I read someone’s review that they tapped a lot on the login button and that worked for me too because the first time you tap it, it doesn’t work.
It loads everything extremely slow. It won’t let me activate text messaging on the app or on the site either.
I hope this app gets fixed, because I’d really find it useful.
