THE APP WILL FREEZE UP IF YOU UPGRADE TO IOS 14.2 Unfortunately Veyo’s so called Programmers hardly update the app and won’t add features like destination (When I asked the Veyo office in PHX bout this they said hopefully they can get Licensed programmers to actually build the app correctly) ?????? I thought this was government and state funded??? They should have the money to do it right..
Veyo pays good by mile if you can actually get the app to work ,A lot of cancellations though and you really have to jump through Hurdles to get your three dollar pay per Cancellation.
Veyo not for everyone, it’sActually I really dangerous job 90% of the rides are members Going to the methadone clinic (Heroin , opioid addicts ) some are homeless with nothing to lose ... there’s nothing worse the having the guy on the side of the freeway in your backseat asking you for money ,food,extra rides and so on (TRUE STORY)
They’ve designed an app to be used by drivers, but it’s not driver friendly. When you accept a trip request, it pops up a checklist. You have to bypass that to get directions to the pickup, but they have a tiny little icon you have to tap. It then opens the navigation app of your choice (you have 3 options), but it frequently passes the wrong address to the navigation. Their app includes cancellations in the trip count, which is misleading. They say they pay for cancellations, but they only review them once a week. Basically, you’re supposed to take their word for it that you get paid (no itemization given). They give you requests for pickups, expect you to wait for long periods, but don’t pay wait time.
