VG Rewards 4+

The app is easy to use and has a great aesthetic. Good work, developers! I’m here to whine about the expiring gifts/VG offers. I’m not wealthy enough nor am I close enough to eat at veggie grill as often as they presume. The offers all expire within a week or two. At the most, I could make it to Pasadena (if I planned it out in advance) once a month. I’d prefer that they don’t give me a birthday offer if it’s just going to expire. It feels like a waste. A birthday gift that expires? Lame. The offers remind me very quickly that they’re going to expire, as a ploy to rush me over to VG! Which is cool but, let’s imagine, I get hungry and think about eating at VG for lunch! I think... “well cool, I have that offer they sent... hey, babe are you hungry for VG? Yeah? Okay, well it’s gonna take about 25 minutes to get to the closest one, alright? No? You’d rather eat somewhere nearer to us? But I have a coupon for $5 off... $5 off of the usual $38 we spend there! Nah, let’s just go to One Veg World, it’s 5 minutes away and about the same price WITHOUT an offer...”
My point is, the expiring offers only serve to annoy me. Just let me keep them and use them when I can. The End😂 -PS, I love your food! It’s amazing!

I LOVE Veggie Grill and how easy the app makes it to place orders and find locations near you. I live in SoCal so there are many veggie grill locations around me, and whenever I open the app I can find the closest one to order from ahead of time.

The nutritional calculator also makes it easy to see the nutrition facts of each order, which I know some people might not enjoy or care about, but I appreciate being able to compare the nutritional breakdown of my options.

Also, $5 when you invite a friend to use the app is a win in my book! :)

The app works fine but ordering has some issues. The menu layout is weird and hard to scan easily. I constantly miss the item I want to order and I never remember which category it’s in. Second, you can’t redeem offers through online pick up orders, which I think it ridiculous. Delivery I can’t understand. But why do I have to wait in line just to redeem a reward? Seems like an easy fix. Last, you can’t request extra sauce. The location I go to fills up the sauce cups half way, and it isn’t nearly the amount you’d get if you got the order to stay. It’s an annoying oversight that this isn’t an option. Overall, a few fixes would make it comparable to other food ordering apps, but right now it’s really behind the times.
