Whether you're planning a wedding or any party, Vibo is the place where all event participants can collaborate in order to plan the music and timeline.
Join an event using a link, add songs you love to different sections of the event and answer planning questions. You can also invite your guests to add their musical touch to the sections that are public, so that your DJ can feel the vibe of the party ahead of time.
Use Vibo to:
• Build a timeline for your events
• Add the songs you love with or without your guests
• Answer planning questions
• Add Likes, Must Play, Don’t Play and Comments to specific songs so your DJ knows your preferences
• Personalise your event with a cover photo and share it with your guests so they can collaborate with you on specific sections of your event
• Add the name and link to your song by searching, importing from Spotify and Apple Music, pasting song links, or find new ideas in the curated lists
• Easily find links to songs on music services that you love

Vibo is fantastic
I have been using this app for a few years now and it is a fantastic way to give people something tangible before their event. Whether you are doing events or weddings, or private parties. This is a marvelous way to connect with them in real time so, when they have an idea that needs expressing or hears a song that reminds them of something meaningful they have a place to put it where it’s all organized collectively. It’s also very easy to operate in way that makes it fantastic for anyone of any age to be able to use and understand. Plus the biggest bonus is that if you ever have a problem, the gentlemen that created this app will actually get on the phone with you and fix the problem! That in itself is well worth it for me anyway.

My wedding DJ used this app to build our various playlists and organize music for the night and it worked out so well! We had full access until a few days before the wedding which was nice for last minute additions that came to mind. You input your specific songs for processional, recessional, first dances, etc. I loved that you could add in basically whatever music you wanted and also what songs/music you don’t want played. Perfect app for what it is.

A DJ I hired for a small event uses this app, I love how easy it is to use. This app gave me direct access and communication with my DJ to make sure the specific songs or versions I want got played. Music is such an important part of every event and I was even able to get my friends involved so they could request music as well. I highly recommend this app 🎶💃🏻
