So I use to play a lot on this website. But it always the same. VA LOTTERY JUST KEEP TAKING YOUR MONEY. If I wins like $50 and the next 50 play I win nothing till Va lottery win back there $50. Have anyone been getting any bonus’s? I feel like you just get one bonus now when we play. Va lottery just keep taking and taking . To be honest no one will ever wins in VA lottery. I honestly think we all need to stop playing and till Va lottery stop cheating. Because that’s what it’s feel like to me. I used to win right often but now I never win anything … only spend money you don’t care about losing bc slots are designed to take your money not pay you money … keep that in mind before you spin…other than losing a bunch of money it’s an okay app if you win ..it pays quickly make sure you explore the app thoroughly you might miss out on free bonus spins bc they do expire and they make no effort to inform you of your free games that you accumulate from losing . if you have a problem they have a chat option that’s helpful and one thing I don’t like is you get all these points from the money you spent but won’t let you use but a certain amount each month and here it is February first I’ve waited all month to use these points to play and it’s not allowing me to use them not even giving me the option to use them tells me I can use them in a drawing… no one wants to participate in drawings … so I here I sit w almost 5,000 points and can’t play them in games. My advice is don’t play w money you care about bc you are going to lose it.

It’s great to be able to play without having to go to a retailer and especially to be able to get information about the many different games BEFORE you actually choose one. In a store, you are standing in front of a case full of tickets with people in line behind you. With the app you can really look at each game, understand the odds of each and make a more educated choice.

One thing that really could and should be improved is the ease of viewing draw tickets you purchased when you purchase them and later to see if they won. You can do it of course, but it is buried in the menu and not intuitive or clearly marked as an option. The first time I used the app buying an easy pick Mega Millions ticket, it took me 5 minutes to figure out how to view what numbers I was given for the drawing.
