Ratings and Reviews
Not user-friendly
It’s very difficult to maneuver to see where your purchase tickets are, and there are many glitches that sometimes the app will not sign you in, even though you are located in West Virginia. There are also problems with the games that do not open in the app I tried purchasing a a lot of ticket and it was just blank, along with some of the quick games
This app works 13% of the time
No matter how many times I try to login, it never fully does. I’ll pick numbers, it says “login” to checkout. When I do, I get an auto notice saying I was signed out for security. Why does this app not also have facial recognition?
Privacy issues!
So apparently you have to create an account now with your name, address, phone number, last 4 of your social security number just to check to see if you won. I find this very worrying. Why do you have to have all this information just so someone can check their tickets? I 100% deleted this app as soon as this was forced. I highly suggest everyone do the same.
