Vitality Bowls Superfood Caf‪é‬ 4+

Can’t get enough of their delicious bowls and 9 out of 10 I have had excellent customer service!! The one on college has a very nice space, including a couch and electric fireplace. A perk is every time you buy you earn points to spend at Vitality Bowl. Plus they have excellent deals that pop up on their app! If you like açaí bowls this is a good place to come and enjoy one!! They also have many other options, but I am crazy about their bowls😃

The app works but it’s so frustrating and time consuming to place an order. Once you type in and search for your location you can select it and begin the order process, but the most aggravating part of this app is if you switch tabs/windows on your phone at ANY time from within the order tab it resets everything to the start. This is the case whether you’ve not yet typed in your city or youve already added things to your cart.
For example; if I type in Roseville in the search bar then find the Roseville location, click into the store and add everything I want to my cart and then switch tabs (say I get a text or I’m checking my bank account) then I switch back and it reverts me back to the search location page and I have to start ALL OVER AGAIN. This is so frustrating!
There’s also no way to save a location as your default location or to reorder / save a favorite order.
Please PLEASE fix this.

App has many bugs. It can’t pick up location, save a favorite location, or save a previous order. Selecting ingredients are difficult in the app. It doesn’t default/tick the items standard in the selected item. So if you select “no on top granola” instead of the standard “granola inside” you may still get some granola when you are trying to make the thing gluten free and add gluten free granola. You should mark your item gluten allergy. It also is a drag if you substitute gluten free for regular you get an up charge and they put a minuscule amount in there. My location messes up the order 50% of the time and makes the standard even when modifications. Some employees don’t put a label on the bag and we’ve also had issues of getting someone else’s order. It’s a shame that the technology and the lack of good procedures and processes make this place less than it could be.
