VIZpin SMART app is a keyring for all of your VIZpin Smartkeys.  People can send you Smartkeys anytime, from anywhere that will only work on your Smartphone and can’t be copied. Use the widget to access Smartkeys quickly and easily as it automatically displays the doors or gates that are closest in range.

You can also open the app to display all your Smartkeys, where they work, and when they work. The information screen contains key details where users can even get directions. When you are ready to unlock one of your doors, simply press the VIZpin Smartkey and it will open. If you have a lot of keys, the app can even move the closest ones to the top.
Once you download and register this app, you can also enter a Location ID to request access from the Building Manager.  This will notify the building manager automatically and they can send you a VIZpin Smartkey.

No support for multiple phones

Overall good app. I wish I could have my account logged into a few devices at once so my family can access the building without having to verify the account through the phone text every time. If there was some way to enable family access that would be great.

Hello - Each user does require a unique device for security purposes, however if your family members have their own devices you should reach out to the building manager about options for each of them getting the same access that you are currently granted. If they register their device, the building manager could grant them access as well if their policy allows it.

Great idea, bad tech

Update! Property is removing this system after a grueling year of issues. Attention property managers, implement this product and you will for sure be fired within three months. Worst tech product I have ever used.

First let me say, I love apps. They control my lighting, banking, car, payments... pretty much everything I do. This is the worst app I’ve ever used. It was just implemented in my building and I feel like I live in a prison now. It’s buggy, unreliable, and not user friendly at all. On average, it takes me an additional five minutes to get through every access point- if the door opens at all. It looks and performs like technology built 20 years ago. Just awful.

Update: just got locked out of my building for an hour with the dogs. App is totally not work. What a piece of garbage. This app is a joke. All the positive reviews are by fake people created by the developer.

I hope you never have to use this app!

Ever since my building implemented this app EVERYONE I talk to is frustrated with it!

1) It does NOT work with Bluetooth so I hope you can afford a data plan on your cell phone.

2) It takes FOREVER to open our entrance gate.

3) the locks take way too long to load and heaven forbid you have floors above or below you because it loads every single lock. It also cycles through them changing what’s on top of the list. If you accidentally hit the wrong one while they’re changing positions you can’t unlock your lock because “another lock is in progress”. I hope you’re not counting on your door opening if you’re being chased!

4) Ever forget your phone? If you do you’re SOL unless someone comes by with theirs. Also, better not let your phone die or you’re in the same boat without a paddle.

5) Try not to carry anything in your arms because you need to physically have your phone out, open the app, and click on the RIGHT key.

Not that a regular person has a choice when a building owner tortures the tenants with this, but if you do RUN!!!
