This app is not really bad
But one thing I don’t like about it is that you have to go to the bank for in bank withdrawals for your domiciled account. You can not transfer from your dom account to another Polaris dom account which is very bad for people that stays outside the country ( Nigeria).And am not the only complaining about this. Please try to fix that.

VULTE
Most useless bank ever in the history of banks I’m unable to login for three days. I can’t access my accounts funny enough after updating the app they went ahead to degrade my account to a tier 1 account. Saying I can’t receive more than 50k at once the same account that has been receiving 500k in the past. This is a shame to banks in the whole country I would rather use opay, palmpay or Kuda before using polaris. Ever since skye sold the bank they have looked for more ways to become worst over the years. It would be a miracle if the last past this year.
If possible I could rate this app zero star
This app is a total waste of time please bring back the old Polaris App and take away this nonsense VULTe...... it’s takes forever to ordinarily open the app, you will have to close and reopen again before the app launches to the menu. This isn’t a matter of network Incase you want to reply me because all other apps are working perfectly, it is only this VULTe app that keeps frustrating my life. This could lead me to me being done with Polaris bank if this issues is not being fixed ASAP.
