W.W. Grainger, Inc‪.‬ 4+

I met Grainger when I started working as a maintenance manager in a rail plant. I cannot express enough the times the day was saved because of great service/products.
I am retired now and still habitually tinkering with things (old habits are hard to break). I still depend on Granger.
If you are in the need for maintenance parts of high quality with service that boarders on stupendous, along with fair pricing, Granger is sure to become your happy place too!!

Grainger is an awesome company with awesome products, however the search feature leaves a lot to be desired! It seems that a company of its stature would make to where searching for products would be much easier. ie; when I needed
a spud for a project that is for a toilet, I searched and couldn’t find it. I had it in my purchase history so I was able to reorder it. I searched Regal Sloan spud, didn’t even get close! Take a wild guess as to what it is called in products??? A “Spud” this makes absolutely zero sense. But I will continue to be frustrated and probably continue to order from Grainger until my blood pressure gets too high and I am forced to find another company… maybe Fastenal has a better search bar…? 🤷🏻‍♂️

First time I’ve ever ordered from Grainger. Ordered some cores from them, expected to be delivered 2 days afterwards. Never received product. I then received an email from Grainger with no details or explanations about a return/refund? Without any context as to what they’re wanting from me or want me to do. So I just bit the bullet and had to reorder the same product again and spend another $200. So as of right now, I’m about $400 out of pocket and my business is on pause until I get these cores. Next step will be to call make sure they’ll refund me for the first purchase.
