Description

The absolute best way to prepare a program or agenda for sacrament meeting -- or any church meeting:

*Sacrament Meeting
*Baptisms
*Ward or Stake Conference
*Presidency Meetings

Use pre-built templates to make creation a 2-minute breeze with the ability to make real-time updates that users don't have to refresh to see. Work offline if internet is unavailable and content will automatically sync up when you are reconnected. Curated backgrounds create beautiful experiences for your members.

Your sacrament program is attached to your ward building and allows visitors to see agendas near them without having to waste time searching.

Creates a fully functioning dynamic script that presenters can use to read over the pulpit.

Easy to share -- once you publish a program, you can share a link to others via email, sms, facebook, etc... Users DO NOT need to download the app to view a program. Works in any browser as well as the app.

Great App - Conducting Script Question

Is there a way to edit the conducting script. For example: the priesthood doesn’t bless/pass or administer the Sacrament, we use the phrasing “We will prepare to partake of the Sacrament by singing hymn number - Title, after which the brethren of the Aaronic Priesthood will bless and pass the Sacrament (optional: to the congregation)”

Once they are complete “Thank you for your reverence during the Sacrament, we’ll we’ll allow a moment so the brethren may sit with their families”

If it’s a Fast & Testimony meeting it becomes “we’ll allow a moment for the brethren and those on the stand to sit with their families” and the Bishopric remain on the stand.

I have not yet gone through all the options for scripting but it’s great. I’d wish to be able to alter the wording so that it’s using the preferred language that The Brethren have indicated we should use for the Priesthood not passing - but brethren or holders of the priesthood administer/pass the sacrament.

Thanks for building the easy to use system. Are other editors able to work collaboratively on unpublished partially complete programs as we decide who is doing what throughout the weeks? Or can they only make a New Program or edit a Published Program?

Thanks for any feedback to these comments. I appreciate all you do.

Solves so many issues in creating Bulletins

Over the years I have had so many issues trying to find the best way for creating a Ward Bulletin (page layout programs, document templates, shared doc) each with their limitations (especially when trying to teach someone else how to make them). This app is very intuitive, I have only been using it a month but feel very comfortable using it (a complete program can be done from scratch in under 5 minutes including printing, from a smart phone). Cutting and pasting submitted announcements is a great time saver, or extracting text with camera. Adding a hyperlink for shared docs for special activities works great also. I’m just scratching the surface of what can be done with this app, I wish it was available 10 years ago when I first got involved creating bulletins.

Game Changer!

I’m a bishop in Nashville. We will be launching a beta test with this app this Sunday but after getting in and testing out the functions, I can already tell it’s going to be a game-changer. I’m assigning our chorister to enter songs, Exec Sec. to enter announcements, prayers, Clerk to enter new move-ins. No more making notations multiple places. The conductor already has info supplied. The librarian already has PDF ready to print. Programs done, archived. Speakers frequency info supplied.

Only request - change the sunken ship image on the home page to something Sabbath or spiritual.
