This version includes bug fixes and improvements to:
- Enhancements to tekmar snow melt control models 670 and 671 monitoring/control to provide outdoor, melt run time, and slab status and configuration of the control’s temperature settings. Also, to get notifications for melting & storm starting and stopping.
- Enhancements in the Add/Edit Location pages data entry and fields validation.
- For thermostats with auto mode, allow for continuous increase/decrease of ‘Heat To’ and ‘Cool To’ values within the allowed ranges; even when the dead band temperature gap is reached.
- Additional improvements in changing a thermostat’s setpoint.
In version 2.0.6:
This version includes bug fixes and improvements to:
- Enhanced HTML format for email notifications.
- A user is informed that there is a new Watts Home version available, and he/she is directed to the appropriate app store to install it.
- Resolved an issue with Alexa and Google Home integration with ConnectPlus properly showing Away (or Eco) state in Watts Home, when the Away state change originates from these Voice Assistant systems.
- Resolved an issue with Push Notifications being received after a user logs off in version prior to 2.0.5.
In version 2.05:
This version includes bug fixes and improvements to:
- - When a Push Notification is selected, the app opens the device’s Device Detail page of the device that generated the event.
- User’s pending invitations expiration has been extended from 24 hours to 7 days. Also, upon expiration, a user is informed that it has expired, and he/she can either resend the invitation or delete it.
- Improvement in the Add/Edit Location forms flow and validation.
- On pages that edits can be made (e.g., Edit Device, Device Settings, & Edit Location), the ‘Save’ (or similar button) is inactive until a change is made, and if leave a page without making any changes, a ‘Discard Changes’ popup is not displayed.
- Resolved issues with device offline message incorrectly being displayed and also, when a device goes offline, some popups are still shown on the Dashboard page.
- Consistent format of English button labels.

It’s a pretty simple and easy app to use and to connect to each t-stat. It make remote monitoring your second home simple and easy. And with one click we can turn the heat from unoccupied to occupied before we hit the road so that our place is comfortable by the time we arrive, and vice versa. I highly recommend it.

Works on iPhone 14 pro.
Not a lot of recent reviews on here so I thought I’d share my experience. I have been able to connect all 8 of my 563 Tekmar thermostats and didn’t have any issues with setup or connectivity. I think the login and setup review complaints of the past have been addressed. The app works well and allows remote control of my system as intended. This give me piece of mind to know that my heating system is working while I’m away. As for options or improvements, I would like to see the floor slab temperatures without having to go into each device setting- it would be nice to have this as a display option to show on the main dashboard. Also, it would be nice to have an indicator on the dashboard showing which thermostat is actually heating (rather than just showing the mode that it is set to) and also an indicator of when it is heating to maintain the Minimum Floor temperature. Seems these display options should be easy enough for developers to add to future updates. 🙏🏼👍🏼

A very thin app apparently designed to collect user’s dats
… to capture data with service to the user a faint afterthought. I expected to see a functional app (like my nest thermostats) but this does little except to show present status. Still have to go to the device to modify schedules. The voluminous information presented details what data Watts collects (a huge amount) and how it shares it with third party partners including the Google data management leviathan. It provides little, if any, real privacy control to the user, except in CA and Canada, and makes it difficult to access. I am sorry I did not review this app’s privacy policies prior to purchasing the thermostat; had I done so I would most likely have purchased a different brand. As it is, I will likely delete it since it’s functionality is so spare.

As for our privacy policy; our policy broadly applies to all of our websites, apps, connected products, and related services, not just the Watts® Home app. Watts respects its customers’ privacy and does not collect unnecessary data. Only data related to the use of our product and app is collected so that we may provide related services, such as the app notifications that a customer may select. Data is only shared with third parties, such as Amazon Alexa or Google Home, if customers use those third party services to control their thermostat.
