Recently much improved

Huge kudos to the developers for their great response to feedback from users and willingness to incorporate suggestions. A recent update means I can now do everything I need to when I’m traveling and have to use my phone to manage my account. Great job! The updated mobile app and the new portal make my life so much easier now 👍🏻😁

Terrible

I would give this 0 stars if I could. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with trying to pay my bill. I moved houses (one block away) and instead of them just changing my address on my old account, I had to completely set up a new account. Now, since I have a new account, I have to download the app to be able to pay my bills. I do not have room on my device to be downloading apps for something so simple that I should be able to just pay online with like I have for the last 4+ years. My options are delete other things on my phone, things that are actually a necessity, or pay over the phone each and every month which includes the ridiculous customer support wait times and an additional fee for paying over the phone. I cannot even judge how well the app works as I do not even have the choice to try it at this time. Online payments are supposed to be for your convenience, and instead they are making it much, much harder for me to do so.

Completely unreliable, and STILL being double billed

After the first time my video connect doctor visit was cancelled due to poor connection, and lengthy discussions with Windstream “customer support” I started rebooting my equipment half an hour prior to my appointments so I could talk to my doctor about healthcare only to have the video interrupted again causing actual chaos in my healthcare and my treatment.

Just now was the third time consecutively that my doctor appointment was unable to be completed due to the internet failing to properly function WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF RESTARTING THE EQUIPMENT.

On top of these systemic failures I am still being billed twice monthly for the same worthless connection. 2 monthly bills of $80 for internet that predictably fails to function during support live video chat with my doctors and healthcare professionals.

This is the biggest waste of money, time, and effort. I hope the whole company burns to the ground and no one gets hurt. Boycott and ban windstream for stealing and not providing the goods that were promised during the agreement period.
