This has always been my favorite game online until this past week when they “updated” (down-dated is more like it). Updating completely changed the way it looks and the whole atmosphere of it. I think I will look elsewhere for another game. This is not like it used to be and I wish we can go back to the original game as it was set up. They can take away all the bugs and leave it the way it was so that you can enjoy playing it. So sad.😱 Update: this used to be my very favorite game to play. Then they decided to update it. When they updated it, all of the information was incorrect. It is absolutely the worst game I have ever played now with this so-called new updated version. So many keep asking them to go back to the original, but they do not want to do that because someone there can’t quite figure out that changes do not have to be made. Change is not always the best. This newest update is totally blank. *please note this game has terrific customer support…now all they need to do is not update the game, but update the app from quitting with no ability to sign in to the ability to sign in and not lose one’s password.

This game was my favorite at then, I usually play against many opponents around the world, my kids and we chat while the game is going on even when the game is not running but since the app is updated it becomes so annoying😡😡 You can't chat with opponents and the gameplay is just different. Please I would appreciate if you bring back the old version. I bet many of my friends from different countries deleted the app because of the useless updates😡😡😡do something about it.. you are losing a lot of customers

I, like many others I know, play this game as a way to relax and de-stress- one way we de-stress is to tune out all the nastiness going in around us for a few minutes each day. So please get rid of the political ads. - I am tired of seeing theSame as for Trumps push pole over and over- (and no, I don’t want to see ads or poles for the other side either - I want a place where I don’t have to see or hear from a politician for a few minutes a day) also, add a way to send customer support a message. I tried to send a direct email but all I can find are the forums (I might have missed it because the page is in Spanish and even hitting the “No habla espanol” option, doesn’t help. I don’t care that they are in another language, just wish there was a way to contact support directly, since a forum is not going to help with ads

So what.....now you all are taking one of your other games & calling it wordcrack???? you really need to quit misleading people with the title. Its bad enough you ripped us off the original wordcrack along with all our coins that most of us worked hard for but now you have to mislead people with nothing more than another boring scrabble game. I gave you all exc reviews for years but since youve taken what was the best word game of all time & turned it into pure sh_t i wont be dwnloading anything else by etermax & just as sure as all the many people i had to dwnload the original wordcrack when it WAS awesome i can say the same for them. Oh & p.s. you could have at least kept the paid version of wordcrack so we would have at least had that option. Have alrdy deleted your crappy wrdcrk2 app & fixing to delete your stupid scrabble app too. Thanks for nothing!!!
