Missing the task function
Workona has been super useful for me, so I was excited when I saw the app. While still useful (the resources and workspaces function), the task function was really the star of the show for me and not having it on the app is really disappointing. The most annoying thing about the task function is not being able to access my to-do list from my phone, so I was hoping this would solve it, and it didn’t. Still a good organizational system! I originally rated this 3 stars, but it’s not fair to dock it so much on something it doesn’t claim to have, so it’s 4 stars form me.
Useful but…
I love using Workona on my computer because it’s so helpful for organizing tabs, so I was super excited when I found out there’s an app version too!
I was just disappointed I can’t access any of my notes on the iPhone app because there were a lot of times when I wanted to quickly go over some notes I had made on my phone but couldn’t. That’s my one quibble, so I hope the app updates with the notes soon.
Missing tasks function
The biggest use of the workspaces was sorting by clients for me and then being able to add tasks per client — huge. Can’t access the tasks on the mobile app sadly. But in a browser as an extension the Workona system is great! Highly recommend.
