WorkVivo has been an incredible addition to our growing family of organizations! The platform is user friendly. Support services are consistently accessible. Representatives are respectful and solution-oriented. We are seeing connections/engagement, and have begun exploring all of the possible opportunities presented to our team by WorkVivo. 5 Stars without question!

I NEVER get any notifications from this app even though I am signed up to receive them and have them enabled in my Notification Center. Without notifications, this app doesn’t function as a reliable tool for work.

Also, the app ALWAYS logs me out and I have to log back in every time I use it. So frustrating (and probably why the notifications don’t work). I’ve tried every setting and have background refresh enabled, etc. There needs to be an option to remember me and keep me logged in on my phone, and that doesn’t seem to exist? My employers want to use this to notify employees of important things, but I never am notified about it. I don’t have access to email notifications for the account, just the app notifications on my work phone.

I’ll change my rating when the issue is fixed, but until then, this makes the app completely unusable for me and my job, not to mention frustrating. Please fix!

Please add the ability to copy the content of a thread. For example, I had someone respond with a URL in the comments. I’d like to copy and save thst URL for later, as it immediately redirects to another URL that won’t work for later use.
