SUBSCRIBERS' AUTOMATIC-RENEWAL DETAILS:
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes account will automatically be charged at the same price for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period (another year for annual subscribers, another month for monthly subscribers) unless you change your subscription preferences in your Account Settings. New Version a Substantial Improvement

This update addresses many of the rendering lag issues of the first app (although it seems my automatic background downloading stopped working with the update - hopefully it will start again?). To be fair - it's far better than a few weeks ago. However, they still have awkward navigation that should be addressed.

Half the images never load in the articles

When you click the articles only the first image loads then there are huge gaps between the words where I assume photos are supposed to be- I thought it was just my phone but my friend also found this problem on their phone . The fashion photos won’t enlarge - with the vogue runway app they will- I wish wwd would add this feature to at least their runway and streetwear section.

The selection of daily articles and content are very good .

App doesn't let you log in!!

This app used to be buggy and clunky but it was at least functional. But now, since the last update, it logs you out and DOESN'T LET YOU LOG IN. I actually have both the iTunes subscription and the WWD Print/Digital subscription (due to an overlap in renewal timing) and neither works. Logging in through iTunes doesn't work and entering email & password doesn't work. I have tried deleting the app and redownloading, have made sure my software was up to date, have checked and rechecked my subscriptions, everything. This has been the case for several days. Nothing works. I have emailed both iTunes and WWD several times with NO RESPONSE. I am paying for a subscription that I can't even use and no one has bothered to return my emails about it. Very upset, might have to do a charge back on my credit card.
