This app is pretty good. The problem is, I want to import other things from other sites and apps but it just says file opening error and I never get to import anything. So please fox this and my review will change to 5 stars. Edit: how can import anything I want from other sites. Thank you for this, this app is super good now.Edit 2: now I can barely import anything, while I can import a few things, it just crashes on me when I try to import other things. This really should be fixed and for now it get two stars. I plan on making another edit if it fixes this.

Used the printer for a couple of days. Really enjoyed the print quality and ease of the app. But…. Just like everyone else. It crashed. And now it won’t come back. White screen and nothing else. You’d think with all of the reviews that they’d try to fix it. But they don’t and they probably won’t. It’s a Chinese company and they already have your money. You can go online and download files to a thumb drive. But part of the reason you buy this printer is to use the app which I’ll admit makes it fun and easy when it’s working.

When I logged into the App, it did just fine but keeps logging me out for some weird reason, I don’t know if this is a bug that is occurring at the moment but it would be so nice if you’d fix this issue, overall the app is great.

You guys, I recommend this app and here’s why. Sure, the app might crash sometimes but that’s only when it can’t connect or if it’s overloaded and lots of people are using it. Try to refresh and use it later. Also, I’ve made hundreds of dollars selling prints on eBay and markets so please try it it is amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
