Last update broke access?

This app has been really great the past several years. I’ve preferred to use it instead of the one which was provided with my system.

However, upon updating a few days ago I can no longer access the individual cams. The system displays but when tapping on a channel it never loads the video. Wondering what happened.

Don’t last long

Ive only had these cameras for maybe 3 years. They green it would keep promoting me to put in the password even though it was already there. No w over the past 6 months maybe a little more I can’t even get a picture. I have 4 cameras. One went out approx 6 months ago, black screen. Still shows alike it’s recording but nothing but a black picture. Now all four are doing it. The other 3 were in and out at first but now consistently now they’re staying black screens but still recording. I’ve tried restarting them over and over but nothing. Waste of money to have to replace them only 3 years later

Workaround for problems…

About every 30 days or so the app stops working, or it will ask you to login but it won’t accept the password and eventually lock your account. I have found that when these things happen if you unplug the power to the system for a couple minutes and reinstall the app it seems to get everything going again. It is inconvenient and ridiculous that this has to be done, especially if your leaving the house for a trip and it decides to act up then. It would be a pretty good little system if this was not an issue.
