You can join and/or create groups that are public (anyone can join) or private (requires approval of the group owner). Next door neighbor or worldwide. Listen to broadcasts made nearby and around the globe. Select a scanning range to limit broadcasts to your desired region, and have the map follow you while you travel. Read all about it. You may now create your own public or private GROUPS! We've updated the map views and markers. Grey markers indicate there are multiple broadcasts at a particular spot on the map. Yellow markers indicate broadcasts made by a user who is not currently using YapSpot. Green markers indicate a user(s) is currently using YapSpot. Also, there are updates to support the new Liquid Glass user interface. Added map support for dark/light modes. Have isolated conversations with friends, family, colleagues and those with similar interests. Filter out all of the "general conversation" in specific groups that interest you. Build a favorites list to quickly navigate between multiple groups. Get ready for an entirely new experience in worldwide conversation.
