Description
Welcome to the narrated offline audio driving tour of Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming also known as the "Wonderland".
Yellowstone National Park:
Experience the raw power and beauty of nature at Yellowstone National Park. This enormous volcanic caldera has captured the American imagination for decades, and you’re about to learn why. Full of awe-inspiring geysers, astonishing waterfalls, and some of the only wild bison and wolves on the continent, this park simply can’t be missed.
Marvel at the 200-foot eruptions from Old Faithful and the even bigger explosions of steam and boiling water from its cousins. Peer deep into the Abyss Pool (if you dare) and follow a boardwalk through steaming hot springs which never freeze, even in the dead of winter! And try not to let your jaw drop too low when you see Grand Prismatic, an immense hot spring which radiates brilliant colors.
Watch herds of bison graze in Lamar Valley and elk plod around Mammoth Hot Springs. And keep an eye out for Yellowstone’s elusive but always regal wolf packs!
Along the way, we’ll give you extra details about everything Yellowstone, from the volcanic formation of the landscape to the corruption and poaching at the park’s inception and stories of the first explorers to trek through this magnificent wilderness. We’ll even dive into secrets you’re unlikely to hear anywhere else, like the story of how Yellowstone’s most resilient microbes brew beer and solve crimes!

Ratings and Reviews
Whoo! Turned a good vacation into a great one
We really loved all of the stories. The park is HUGE and we learned something new at every turn... about the bison, the trees, the geysers, everything. There are some fascinating stories of how early explorers used Old Faithful to dry clean their clothes. And the voice is so good that you don’t mind listening!! Also didn’t have any issues with the lack of signal in the park.
The only thing I would love to see before our next trip to Yellowstone is that more stories are added for the counter-clockwise trip. We tried to do everything in one big clockwise loop but some roads were closed. So we had to backtrack a little. We took the opportunity to listen to the “Extra” stories but if there is a way to have those play automatically when back-tracking, it would be perfect.
We will probably return next year (if those closed roads reopen by then) and will definitely listen to this again... it’s great that it lasts forever.

Thank you so much! We are working on the counter-clockwise direction — there’s just a lot to cover so it takes a while. We hope to have it out soon. Implementing the Learn More stories to work backwards is a great idea! Thanks again!
Full story!
It was amazing. Everything is covered. We were worried about missing some points. Follow this as it says. It will take a whole day. If you join from another entrance, start from the midpoint. It is a big circle. No cell signal, but it worked well.
Bison are crazy. They stop traffic all the time. Be careful with the mad ones.

Thanks so much! And great tips — all excellent recommendations. Bison blocking the roads are very frequent and a fun problem to have!
Great app!
This was a fun app to have as we drove around the park! Great tidbits of info on little items that brought new light to the park, and big insights on the main attractions! Just make sure to have it downloaded over WiFi- I originally did Not, and created an issue that was quickly resolved once downloaded on WiFi.
Developer Response ,
Thank you so much for your review! I’m so glad that you enjoyed the tour! Definitely glad you were able to download over wifi/data eventually — the national parks have very poor connectivity. Thanks again!
