Three activities: running, walking and cycling.
Three main modes:
- normal mode to track regular sessions, with all the main informations on one screen
- Intervals mode to manually follow up and track your intervals sessions or follow a planned training session (Pro version).
- Race mode for the race day with accurate race time estimation with target distance setup

* Normal mode:
In one screen, you get the main workout metrics:
- Workout duration
- Workout distance
- Average pace
- Instant pace
- Current heart rate
- Elevation (if altimeter is enabled)
- GPS accuracy (top right corner)
Use the digital crown to highlight a data field.

* Intervals mode:
Swipe left from the main screen, you get all the data you need for a great interval session.
You display the running data for the current interval.
Start a new interval by double tap or pressing the 2 side buttons (if you have setup this behavior).
The interval number is incremented and a new interval is recorded.
Reset the interval number with a long press on it.
For Pro version: plan your interval trainings.

* Race mode:
Swipe right from the main screen, you get all the data you need to reach your race target. It features a unique way to adjust watch accuracy to perfectly match race distance.
- Set a planned a target distance to get the estimated finish time.
- adjust your watch estimations with double tap when you reach a kilometer or a mile. The corrected data will appear on this screen (distance, pace).
- access to regular data on the main screen.

* Mapping feature (Pro): 
- import GPX tracks or run again a previous session to follow a track on a map while running (requires internet connection)

* Precision start : to start your race from the first second

Must have for runners!

The simplicity of this app makes it a must have for runners! I’m a 3-5 miles per run, 15-20 miles per week runner and have tried all different Apple Watch running apps and this is the one. Pay for the pro version, it is worth every penny!

Buggy. Resets workouts

I’ve encountered a situation where the work out reset itself. Scenario: I’m listening to a podcast, and I have started YouRace free run workout. I use the two buttons to pause the work out, then I press the side button to navigate out of the app to go to the Podcasts app. When I navigate back to the YouRace app to the work out, the workout stops and resets. The app even crashes.

Please fix this bug.

Sorry for this very annoying issue in 3.4.2 version, version 3.4.3 is available to fix that.
