Zelderly was designed and developed for one reason - to disrupt the in-home care industry with a technology platform that provides caregivers the ability to earn a true living wage.
By eliminating the agency model typical within the in-home care industry, Zelderly connects care seekers directly with caregivers resulting in higher wages and a lower cost per hour.
Simply put, we eliminate the middleman and pass the savings on to you.
Zelderly’s key feature include:
• Ability to schedule Caregivers for a single day or recurring visits (no minimum commitments).
• Ability to Search for Caregivers by name or and proximity.
• Ability to access Caregiver Calendar availability and request to schedule Care directly through the Zelderly App.
• Ability to view Caregiver ratings and submit your own Caregiver ratings after each visit.
• Ability to track Caregiver movements via iPhone location services while Caregiver is checked in and caring for patients.
• Ability to document special instructions for Caregivers.
• Ability to synchronize your iPhone calendar with Care scheduled through the Zelderly App.
• Ability to track and securely process payments for Additional Expenses incurred by Caregiver during a shift.
• Ability to provide a documented History of all Caregiver visits; including payments, expenses, time logged, patient daily journals, special instructions, and Caregiver movements for each shift.
• Ability to search Caregivers by name or vicinity (up to 60 miles).
• Ability to control the approval process for all payments prior to processing.
• Zelderly is fully integrated with www.stripe.com for secure payment processing
• Earn unlimited referral payments via the Zelderly Referral Rewards program
