The customer service is wonderful and that is EVERYTHING to me. They answer phone calls with an actual human being to speak to, and they answer emails and chats very quickly. Literally an amazing company to work with so far!! Thank you Zen Business for doing what other businesses have quit doing, thank you for the actual interaction and help! I like all the good reads for entrepreneurs as well.

I chose to use ZenBusiness to form my LLC, based on the prices presented to me but I'll just say to be prepared to pay a lot more that what is presented. I've used these services in multiple countries in the past with no problems and this time, it has been unnecessarily expensive with what feel like "surprise" charges and fees. Needmo keeps calling, texting and emailing me.

Even after trying to get them to just give me what I paid for, and let me take care of the rest, they have some kind of robotic payment system that tries charging me another $300 at least once per day, in addition to the $164 I paid, which was the amount that was due at checkout. Now they're telling me that the EIN was not paid for.

The first thing they called me about was the US Government now has a filing requirement through FinCen and if filed too late can result in $500 per day in fines. It was roughly $150 for that. and roughly $150 to be my registered agent.

I wrote to see if I could settle the payment for the EIN but using another payment method because I do not want to give them my debit card again.

I'm sure, as a business they have very good justifications for what they do and I'm not interested in the "save face police" that will likely try to correct my experiences.

I'm not saying not to use this service, just be extremely careful and don't choose it like I did, hoping to run my business in a state of Zen.

I been waiting more then a month for my LLC to form and it’s been a huge headache and waste of money.

“Unfortunately, your file was rejected due to the Registered Agent not accepting the online appointment , we are sorry for the inconvenience caused, it was an error in the system that we already fixed. We have now resubmitted your state filing to the state.”

My registered agent doesn’t pay attention to the online appointment. I thought it would be easy and fast pace, but I was wrong. I would of been better of doing all the work and saving my 400$ spent for a horrible experience.

When you call for customer support be ready to wait 30+ minutes every time. You can’t speak to managers or higher ups.

My agents name is Eduardhino F. Hopefully nobody ever gets this agent or even uses this app. Save your money and time. I still haven’t been able to even receive my EIN. So my company hasn’t been formed it’s been more then A MONTH WAITING and no answer email or call from the ZEN business.

Please stay away from this app.
