Track body measurements, training history, progress, workouts, nutrition, and posture in one place. Build flexible workouts, log them quickly or in detail, analyze training patterns, and use Apple Vision-powered posture analysis live or from photos.
Optional Trainer Mode extends the same tools to your clients. Manage unlimited clients and groups, track check-ins, assign exercises, manage PAR-Q forms, customize relevant measurements and tests, and follow client progress. You can also email individuals or groups, view trainer activity insights, and create progress reports or export data as PDF, HTML, CSV, or JSON.
Whether you train on your own or work with clients, you get the full feature set without subscriptions, paywalls, or data collection.
