Spam and No Account Deletion Option
I’m extremely disappointed with the AVO Bank app. First, they bombard users with spam SMS about credit offers-even after explicitly requesting them to stop both via calls and messages. It’s frustrating and feels like harassment when they keep calling and sending 2-3 messages in a single day.
Second, there’s no option to delete my account within the app. This violates App Store regulations, which require apps to provide an account deletion feature. The lack of this essential functionality shows a complete disregard for user control and privacy.
This app is not client-focused, and I cannot recommend it.

Thank you for your feedback! Account deletion is available in the app, but you need to have access to the old phone number the account was opened with. We are a digital bank, so we don't have physical offices, but support is always ready to help via our official email help@avo.uz.
