My overall experience is very pleasant. The app is intuitive and easy to use.One thing that really could make my life easier and stick me with the bank is to somehow let me receive verification codes through email when I am traveling. I use the English version of the app, there are a couple of word choice issues: - the app update dialogue says “refresh app” instead of “update”- the notifications says “technical work” but there is no such expression. The right way of saying is “maintenance work” or “scheduled maintenance”, whatever you prefer.

Support chat doesn’t work at all. I have sent a message and didn’t get an answer. One day, somehow the chat and my message dissappeared) I updated hoping it would be better but Now i am trying to sent a message again but this one wasnt even sent. It is still on the way to reach the DESTINATION.

I cannot recommend this bank or its app to anyone. Despite being associated with Aloqabank, the app still manages to disappoint. It charges commission for payments made to extinguish loans from the same bank, which feels like a double whammy for customers. Additionally, the app's functionality leaves much to be desired. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your banking needs.
