Ampath 17+

I changed cell phone number and cannot edit any details in the app. I have deregistered , deleted the app, downloaded app again and reregistered and still cannot change my details. What makes it worse is that nowhere on the app and site is there an option.

Previous version was working well and as soon as the results are loaded, I can view it.
Problems with the latest version:
Results are loaded, but I can’t view it.
All the doctors that I use informed me that they did not opt in for the results to be blocked.
My doctor received my results but on the app, 12 hours and it’s still blocked.
If you change from 1 doctor to another, the results are blocked.
I repeatedly told Ampath test station to put all my results under the name of the doctor to whom the practice belong, but they keep on changing it to the assisting doctor who request the results.
Automatically when the doctors name change, all results are blocked although the doctor opt in not to block the results.
Results only open up after 48 hour and most of the time it stay blocked until I phoned the Ampath headquarters to please unlock it.
This makes one’s life very difficult.
Please rectify the problem and change it so that if a doctor opt in to have it open all the time, that it is not blocked by your system.

This app worked well until they upgraded it. My dependants are missing and when I try to register them the OTP function doesn't work. I had to upgrade my password but again the OTP function doesn't work.
I spent an hour on the phone explaining the situation to Ampath and they said the technical team will sort it out - guess what - I can still not see my children's results.
Waste of time.
