Description
Aramex Courier is an internal app that helps couriers manage tasks in the field.
Pull daily deliveries and collections, update them and push your updates back to the system.
The app also provides you with a tool to communicate with your dispatchers and customers to complete your job smoothly.
From the application you can:
- Open and close your trips.
- Pull and push your tasks (deliveries, collections).
- Create new deliveries and collections.
- Update pulled deliveries, and collections.
- Call, text customers for their locations.
- Send and receive messages to/from your contacts at the station.
- Locate your customers on map.

This has to be the worst courier i have ever came across!!! My parcel was not delivered i waited for a whole week and then they came back and said they were hijacked! I had to call them a million times to find out what was going on. Im so angry and the rude service from their call centre agents!
No option for City
Have been trying to register however it doesn’t allow me to enter the city as it goes blank. I am unable to go to the next step🚮🚮🚮
Cannot register. Poor show!
I have been usijg Aramex for years, regularly. Now I cannot use them anymore as I canbot register on the app, and they don’t provide waybills anymore. App wont allow me to put in a city and then cannot proceed after Step 1! Very poor planning. You will be loosing many many clients
