Troublesome
For a while now it’s been asking me to reauthenticate my login and when I try to, it gives the error (I’m an existing customer I should log in (which of course I can’t cause it redirects me to the same authentication screen) or simply removing my details from there which means I have to delete and reload the app. If that doesn’t work I have zero access to my account to do my work. Clearly isn’t the most user friendly banking app... doesn’t even have card to phone money transfer (ewallet) as a service 🙄

First time use of this app is okay, but as you get used to it, it’s slower than login in directly to the site, the interface is great, user friendly and straightforward without any hustles!
Comes a time for updates, this app will be updated during peak hours of the morning where you really have to make a trade, either you want to jump in or out of a trade, the inconvenient update time with the developer will stand right in front of your way.
This app will say one day, updates available, jus after updating it will still send you to the updating page.
I tried to delete and reinstall the app, to my surprise it even got worse as I couldn’t authenticate my details to keep using the app, so I gave up and will still to logging in directly on the site...
Grown Account
I’ve contacted the consultants multiple times regarding my new application for a grown Acc, but since last week I’m not getting any proper feedback from them. They just replied this morning telling me to go to Home affairs to get a copy of my ID whereas I sent them the latest ID copy and I’m according to my knowledge every financial institution suppose to be linked to home affairs database.
My question is how am I gonna do business with them where they can’t even improve their communication.
