Love it!!
I’m very impressed with the app, very easy to use, you can check your balances and your card activities at no charge. You can even convert one currency to another. Keep it up :)
Too painful to login
The login process is ridiculous.
Instead of just typing in your password it randomly asks for the different characters from different positions of your password.
That doesn't increase security - it just slows down the login process.
So here's the login process:
1. Type in your email address
2. Type in last 4 numbers of your long card number
3. Type in the 3rd, 6th, 7th character of you password.
Oh, and if you leave the screen to get any of that information from another app, it clears what you've already done.
It seems that the app only gives you balances, transaction history, and allows you to transfer funds within your own account. I don't know why they make it so difficult to get in.
iPhone Interface
The iPhone app interface for my iPhone X does not allow me to see my full balance available. This a bit disappointing.
