I personally think the is no consideration of fact that we owe this cars we driving so it will help us if you guys can make possible to us to see if it is cash or card trip that way we are able to plan our schedules as how go about it in all honest I feel like you guys are making money more than we do cos we and up waking long hours and not making the money we wanted cos of app payments you give us without our discretion it make working under Taxify plartform very disheartening
Nonsense
I have been using bolt for years now and suddenly the app just started showing me wrong directions and if I was not using ISO I would suspect my phone but it’s not my phone and all of a sudden I got a message that says congratulations You have completed 10 trips but in reality on my profile I have almost 3000 trips that I have completed , recently in South Africa Bolt introduced a function were you can cash out on the card payments n that function it’s no longer working as for some unknown reasons I am all of a sudden been considered a new app user .... And when I contact bolt I don’t get any response.... something it’s just not adding up .... guys just be careful , there is something strange happening out there .... if there is anyone experiencing same problem kindly voice it up n let’s see what is happening or if there was any person who knows what I am talking about please help since bolt it’s no where to be found .
Low Prices, Discounts & Safety.
With the newly introduced catergories, prices are very low and you are giving out discounts. The business has turned into slavery, we work to maintain these cars, buy tyres and support every gas station there is out there, we have turned into charity cases with our cars, yet you guys are making more money than ever, disregarding our hardships as drivers. We are being exploited, everything is about you (Bolt) and your riders. We are not safe as we always take riders who aren’t verified and you guys don’t care since you guys own no cars, it’s us who always have to worry about our safety yet you are making money from us. We need to make good earnings as well in order for our cars to always be in good shape, also to take care of our families. Please work on your prices & give discounts to riders who have more than 50 rides cause these riders be creating new accounts every day just to get discounts.
