Affordable food, missing features.
Great app, mostly great service. I think it would be great if the app reminded you of your delivery location every time you order or at least made it one of the last steps before confirming order. I sometimes forget to change between home/work.
The ability to tip drivers after food has been delivered should be added.
Food gets delivered when the driver feels like it
Got this app because there were some good deals to be had, had a couple of good experiences and then things went consistently sideways. The drivers will accept the job, 10 mins later the food is ready and the driver is 10kms away. No concern to pick up your order, and your food probably won’t get delivered for 2 hours unless you complain about it - twice within 12 hours now I’ve had this issue. Absolutely ridiculous that drivers are even able to leave the vicinity of the restaurant without the order being automatically cancelled or switched to a different driver. I’ve deleted the app, I’m making my partner delete it too and if you’re considering downloading it for the deals I would recommend you save yourself the trouble unless you like cold food and wasting your money. Absolutely terrible

I would give this 0 stars but unfortunately I have to rate it. But honestly, 1 star seems generous. I’ve had such a terrible experience with this app. My order took over 2 hours to arrive. The support team really did not help. I had to call the restaurant who said the order was collected but it was not reflecting on my side. Once it did the driver went in the opposite direction. I called the driver who assured me he’s on his way but it still took a further 20min. The restaurant is a 5min drive from me. I am appalled at the service I have received. When trying to cancel my order the support team did not help AT ALL! I will never use this app again and I definitely do not recommend anyone use it!
Use Uber eats or collect it yourself as this app is awful!
